Before I get yelled at by people for talking about this, I have read the threads made for people to read before they post. I am aware that Super Meat Boy isn't going to be made for Wiiware. I am here to ask, would it be possible to make Super Meat Boy into a ROM disc for the wii? Or is that the same thing as making it for wiiware. I have a Wii, but no Xbox. I would like an Xbox, but my brother has one in his room, which I refuse to enter. Since my brother has one, my parents will never get me one too, so I am stuck without Super Meat Boy for a while. I've played it on Newgrounds and I've played the demo at my friends house, but never have I had the full experience.

I would like my question answered, would it be possible for Super Meat Boy to be made on a ROM disc.

Even if you added all of the necessary files that a Wii would need to properly read the disk, the game wouldn't even work properly without some serious changes to the game. Changes that only Team Meat would be able to pull off, and it wouldn't be worth it for them to attempt this.

You clearly have a computer though, so if you want to play it why not just buy it on Steam? Or better yet, buy the Ultra Edition, it comes with the Steam version anyways.
