I've had a few of these, and got in a few, but i'm yet to complete them!

everything is mirror imaged in the writing, and looks encoded, so im not sure what it's called.

But does anyone have any information on these?

Has anyone had these before?

and has anyone completed these?

It's called a glitch level.
There are six, one in every light world, unlocked after you beat the boss by touching a glitched bandage girl. (which has I think around 10% chance of appearing) They don't actually do anything, other than being a slightly more challenging 21th Light World level. (and give you a Steam achievement, wooptydoo)

They're in there I think mostly as a reference to NES games, because they use the 3 'continues' system to make the level super frustrating to replay.

Completing them isn't really hard compared to, say, the harder Dark World levels. Judging from Steam achievement stats, most people who finished the Dark World could finish the glitch levels as well. This is only about 2% of all players though. (and most people on these forums are part of said 2%)
