Super Meat Boy has been getting some life again, at least in the streaming world.

There are many people, including myself, who are getting into speed-running this game.

The 2 big categories at the moment are:

For anyone interested, please checkout Speedrunslive.com as-well-as twitch.tv for some crazy Super Meat Boy action

Hey, I just joined the forums awhile ago. I have Super Meat Boy on the xbox but don't really have anyone to compare times with. I have golden god and completed all of the 160 levels on teh internets with grade A. My gamertag is GameguySD if anyone is interested.  Meat Boy

Hey, I'm MeatyMatt202.  I'm new to the forum, but I couldn't find any "introduce yourself" threads or anything, so this is my first post.

I wouldn't say I'm "still playing" because I just bought Super Meat Boy, and it's a pretty sweet game!  Unfortunately, of all the forums I go to, most of them don't have anyone who's played it or has anything to say about it.  That's why I joined this forum...  Here's hoping it doesn't die off.

I'm up to The Rapture, and I have to say, with each new level, it made all the previous levels I agonized through seem pathetic in comparison.  I'm also making it a point to collect all the bandages and unlocking all the characters.  The game's not as bad as certain people on other forums make it out to be.  I was never frustrated in a way that felt like this game was cheating or unfair (save the boss of Hell), even though I very clearly WAS angry and frustrated at times.  With most levels, I almost immediately knew how to beat them, and the challenge was timing things right, adjusting my speed, and having a little patience.

Also, I have to say, I love the overall simple look of the characters.  They're cute. Meat Boy
