Yeah my analogue stick works now, although I think I missed the update because by the time I launched Steam they had already rolled it back. Could also explain why I didn't unlock the achievement. ...and the Tim unlock doesn't work for me either.

I thought they did say they would be adding it with the Mac version? Not a huge deal for me, but would have been nice.

I ussually try to defend Team Meat, but this is a huge bullshit. No, seriously. Steam Cloud could have been since day 1 of SMB release, but they always were like "WAIT UNTIL MAC PORT! WAIT UNTIL MAC PORT!" and now nothing and even "we never promised it!". It's not about a feature I cant wait and I need it. Its about lying to your customers that BOUGHT your game. You know, with money. I dont like this. Even if I love SMB, my experiences with what Team Meat did with the game (you know, updates and promised stuff) will make me think twice about future releases. I think I'll pirate the next game and if I like it enough, buy it on a 75% sale. |

Just because Ed promised it on Twitter a while ago doesn't mean it was ever definitely going to happen, and if it was a reason anyone bought the game that's their own damn fault. Remember how it was going to be a WiiWare game? Yeah, things change, welcome to the universe. However, it's still complete bullshit that Ed is treating us this way. Seriously, all he had to say was "Sorry guys, SMB won't be getting cloud support". No need to be a dick about it.  |

I don't know, I think he handled it fine. I mean, if you really cared enough, you could just copy your save file and put it on the other computer.
Now, the glitch that crashes the game every time you beat a level, that's a different story...
Btw, is there any news on the update that was supposed to come out with tim? Or no? It was probably cancelled.

Where's the changelog on the new patch? Anyway, beat Socks for the 4th time, still no achievement. Good times, actually figured out a cool shortcut too, mainly from getting lucky...I'll try to repeat it. Edit: GOT MY ACHIEVEMENT!!! I'll be working on the Golden Gift soon. Edit #2: Not showing up on my Steam profile!!! NOOOOOOO! WTF...  Edit #3: Clearing cookies worked! I had "amigos" instead of "friends" on the Steam website.  |
