What is your favorite character in the Binding of Isaac?
Mine has to be Judas, he does a good amount of damage right from the get go, and if that wasn't enough, 3 pennies and the Book of Belial.
Now what's yours and why?

Isaac wins this easily, after you complete the game with ???. The d6 eliminates the need to pick up items that are not worth it and allow the player to craft an ungodly powerhouse very easily.
Second pick is probably Judas, I like being able to murder bosses quickly right off the bat, but if you're unlucky with HP ups, he can be a little tricky for the late game.

True, true, Isaac does have the D6 which makes him a very good choice, but Judas gives you a thrill ride with one heart, or at least until you get the Lard, but since I haven't gotten Blue Baby since I suck at it, I don't know what it feels like.

Isaac with and without the D6 are practically different characters. Unfortunately due to adding options to the poll, votes have been wiped, but there were only 3 so whatever.  As much as I love using Cain, Isaac with the D6 is just too awesome not to use. |

I like Eve, she has her place with certain strategies. For me my favorite would have to be Cain. His Luck Foot makes me feel better about my drops. |

Yeah, Cain's pretty cool, and Eve does suck, you know she's bad because it takes here 2 hits to kill a normal fly that Isaac can kill in one hit right from the get-go, but here Dead Bird made it easier to unlock The Parasite.

The thing I have with Eve is that both her passives are quite underwhelming. I think the Curse gives her a bit more damage, but nothing stellar. Judas + Belial still laughs her in the face. The AI on the dead bird is just horrifying. Eve is supposed to be the character where taking risks rewards you (because she's unlocked by dealing with the Devil, which is risk itself) , but taking a hit just to summon the stupid bird is bad in every situation I can think of. |
