Should Technical Support and Bug Reporting have separate forums?

To me, technical support is when something doesn't work, like if meat boy isn't working on your PC.
A bug is a specific problem you can point out, like the music overlapping if you exit to map on the final boss escape sequence.

I dunno, they just seem like they should have different forums

Many will interpret technical issues as bugs. Because, as well we all know, the customer's computer/hardware is never at fault, therefore it's a specific bug to the game.

Some would call glitching through walls a bug, others might say it's an issue with the hardware not keeping up with the game.

^ Agreed. As soon as you separate the forums, they're each going to get flooded with topics that should have been posted in the other one. I see no reason why the "X isn't working" and the "Y should be fixed" posts can't stay in the same forum.

Guess that makes sense. It just seems odd to post a minor bug in a technical support thread. Guess its just me, lol

And I call it a bad design choice to not make it tolerant with lag.

And I call your inability to use a computer from the last decade a poor financial/life decision, so it appears we are at an impasse.

Now this didn't make any sense.
Not being able to use a computer have nothing to do a person's financial situation, and it has absolutely nothing to do with anything mentioned in this thread.

Like I said, glitching through walls isn't a bug, but the developers are still fully responsible for making the game to require the perfect framerate for the game to work perfectly.
My framerate goes past the required FPS, which still causes problems.

Edit: I predict that this is going to cause a lot of problems when the level the editor/portal is released. (some levels being possible only if your FPS is 55-59, for example)

/ontopic
It has already been shown that separate forums for tech support and bug reports will probably cause same issues to be posted in both forums, thus only 1 forum for both is better, because it reduces the number of overlapping threads.

I play on a crappy old laptop that averages about 20 FPS and I have no frame skipping issues.
