Dr. Fetus is actually a woman. She kidnapped Bandage Girl and bitchslapped her on multiple occasions out of jealousy. Meat Boy refused to hold off a legitimate fight with Dr. Fetus because hitting a woman is wrong. Her evil plans were generated due to her over her unrequited love to Meat Boy to try and win him over by force.

So... "he" beat Meat Boy up and took Bandage Girl, the whole time as a guy, and then decided that the middle of a hostage situation was the best time to go in for a sex change? Also, how does a fetus get a sex change?  |
