AKA, "Explain your Avatar: Round 2"  My current avatar is a character of mine named Quap. A simple alien whom was made during Biology out of boredom. So anyways, post explanations of your avatars. Who they depict, what they represent, why you chose it, etc. |

My avatar is taken from the artwork of "L'hymne à la joie", the second album of the band THE CNK. It's a representation of JSO aka. Jean-Sébastien Ogilvy, the guitarist and programmist of the band. The general artwork (cover, back, booklet, CDs, inside the digipack... etc) is in my eyes a masterpiece made by Metastazis, who is also bassist of the band. The artwork is some kind of denunciation of totalitarism where stmbols and quotes from russian communism, german national socialism ar mixed with a slice of imperialism, fascism and contemporary french litterature. |
