I love SMB. I'm sure you all do as well.

But the loading screens for the Warp Zone levels are getting a little irritating.

I mean, one of my favorite things about SMB is the non-stop flow of the game; how you respawn right after you die to keep the action going until you finally beat the level.

I'm not saying the life system of the Warp Zones is a bad thing, the added pressure of the limited lives makes it all the more exciting.

Unfortunately for me, those three lives REALLY count, as my not-so-fast computer takes ages to load each level. So every time I run out of lives in Warpzone, I have to wait a solid 15-20 seconds before I can play again.

This quickly became very frustrating, and I've been skipping Warpzones ever since.

Sorry, that ends my rant. What do you guys think?

There is currently no way to disable Warp Zone loading screens, and I doubt there ever will be.

Being one who also has a slow computer, I have always hated the un-skippable warp zone loading screen. The hospital ones are the laggiest for some reason; back when I just started out, 1977 was a big challenge and I was really annoyed constantly having to wait through "WAAAAARRP ZOOOONE!" followed by 5 seconds of silence and Meat Boy slowly getting sucked into the portal every time I lost.
