I bought Super Meat Boy: Ultra Edition today and when I installed it, it was working fine.
I then tried to change the resolution and after changing it a couple of times, it started to show no video at all. I still get audio but no video.
I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, from both Steam and the disc, setting the compatibility to Windows XP Service Pack 3, running it in administrator, verifying the integrity of the game cache and I've tried to "set affinity" in task manager for it but it wouldn't allow it. None of these things worked and I'm still getting a black screen with audio.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Go into your userdata folder and delete everything in there.  Back up your savegame.dat file if you need to.
