This is urgent. I need to know how to change the controls for the game, or my little finger will be ruined. I play with my little finger and thumb/forefinger and I hold down shift so hard it hurts. If I could change the run key to X I could play with thumb and ring finger. Please help over night, as I go to sleep in my warm bed with my hot chocolate (bitchesssss) because I have a cold. :(

I feel like if I could change the button for "special" all my problems would be solved. SHIFT IS THE WORST KEY IN THE WORLD. Going through IWBTG I had to change shift to another key because of sticky keys every time I loaded. WHY do people insist on using shift key for their games? its crap. why pick a key that has a creepy metal bar under it? what does that thing even do come on. (no offense spacebar)

Go into the game's folder and open the buttonmap.cfg file. You can see the controls in here and edit them as you like.

ooh nice. There was one point in time where my game was a bit glitchy and my run was a toggle. I kind of liked it!

Bump!

I've set my jump on Shift (like in N-game ) and I'd like my left Alt to be special. But I can't figure out what to put there. I've tried "alt" and "leftalt", don't work.
Any suggestions?
