So, I bought Super Meat Boy QUITE a while back, but I still haven't had the opportunity to play it because I didn't have a computer good enough to run it.

Well, I recently built a gaming PC with my friend, and so I can now run it! So, I installed it and did everything I needed to, but whenever I try opening it, my monitor just goes black and displays "analog". Like, the game is running, I can hear it going in the background, and when I press buttons I hear it's reacting, it's just that my monitor won't display it.

I'm assuming it has something to do with the fact that it's in full-screen mode to begin with, but this leaves me with 2 options:
1. Figure out how to get it to work in full-screen mode
2. Someone can tell me how I can blind-navigate my way to the options screen and turn it into windowed-mode. A bit of an odd request, but it would probably work.

Just go to the game in your Steam Library, right click and select 'Properties' then click 'Set Launch Options'. In the box enter: -windowed -1280x720

Feel free to replace "-1280x720" with your desired resolution for the game.

If it's still black while windowed I would suggest updating your graphics drivers (whatever drivers came with your GPU are most likely out of date).
