Hi everyone,
I have problems with my framerate when playing Super Meat Boy. My PC hardware is better than the minimum requirements:
Processor: AMD Athlon x4 750k
Graphics card: Saphire Radeon Hd 7850 OC
Here is a Screenshot of my GPU usage while playing:

The graph looks strange but I've never had any problems with other graphically more challenging games like Bioshock Infinite.
I would really love to play it more fluently since the levels are getting harder and harder.
