I think one of the most interesting features that stuck out to me when the Level Editor was first announced was the ability to lock levels so only certain characters could play them.

Did this get the gears turning in anybody else's head?

I think I'd love to do a series of Jill Only Levels. Air break is one of my favorite abilities and It's sparked some great ideas.

An Ogmo Campaign would be cool too, because hes always overshadowed by The Kid.

What do you guys think you'll be doing? Will you take advantage of this feature?

I think it would be the time to create levels for Steve(minecraft) only : he's clearly "overpowered" in most of the current levels, so we could make levels that only him would be able to do (for example by focusing on his ability to create blocks to protect himself against missiles or evil meat boy etc). He would become more usefull.

I have so many plans for the level editor.  I wanna make a Flywrench chapter.  I love the guy, but he's always overshadowed by everyone else in the cast except Tofu.

Is it possible to do a tofuboy-based level in the current Devmode editor? A quick google search brings up every character besides tofuboy and how to use them in the editor.  :-[

If they mean all characters, then Tofu Boy must be useable too.

It's hard to say, since both Tofu Boy and the Goo Ball require codes to play.

I'm a bit disappointed that there won't be any new mechanics integrated into the main game for character-specific levels.

I would recreate the Gravitron with nothing but sawblade launchers, some moving platforms that would periodically block certain saws so that the saws launched create a pattern for you to dodge. Can you survive for 60 seconds!?

I'll figure out some creative ideas for stages eventually working with what we've got :p

I think i'll stick with Meat boy only campaigns since hes the most awesome character ingame.
(although Ogmo and Viridian are awesome too.)
