I'm a noob at SMB and i was wondering if i could get Wood Boy, Brimstone Boy, etc. using unlockable characters?

On an unrelated note, anybody have a list of easy bandages?

Yes.  You can also start off from any level you desire.  As long as you do not die.

Also, probably important to mention, you can't use Meat Ninja or Steve. Every other character can be used.
