I'd say either the Salt Factory, Hell, or The End.

Definately Hell, because it's badass in it's setting, and I can never get enough of that awesome soundtrack for that world
(+ Boss reminds me of countless Ridley fights in Metroid Zero Mission...)

I voted Rapture, because getting the bandages there usually unlocks badass characters like Viridian and Steve (not quite there yet on XBLA), and I spent most of my time in-game there.  D:

I really liked The End.  All the others are close behind it, but they really did a great job of making an epic finale.

You fight Ridley once in Zero Mission (twice if you count the robot, which you probably shouldn't since it isn't Ridley in anything except shape.)  Unless you mean you played the shit out the game  Meat Boy

The salt factory and the end are tied for me, but I went with salt factory, the end is too short.

The Salt Factory. It got by far the best music in the game and it reminded me of the good ol' Salt Factory in the flash Meat Boy.

??? I really didn't like The End all that much since the levels felt really too long to me. Actually I still haven't even finished The End because the levels get on my nerves so much, derp.

I probably enjoyed Cotton Alley the most. Even though the levels were hard, most of them were also a lot of fun (don't even bring up XOXO, please, there's a reason I said most of the levels).

I just wish it had some different music for the dark world version.

Although the Salt Factory is my favorite, I voted for Cotton Alley as it presents a challenge.
