Hell! I loved every thing about it, it had great level design and I loved the portals and the eyes ! most fun chapter in the game!

Hell is probably teh best since it fits in with a very hard tone to it but still enjoyable. Salt Factory's missile launchers are pretty epic too xD

Exactly, +1, the simple joy of the long, not anything especially difficult, but just challenging levels in the End make it by far the best, at least in my eyes. |

The End
The music, the fact that you're Meat Boy (no other supporting characters), and that the game is throwing no new mechanics at you, instead it's giving you the original obstacles and pushing you beyond you limit at that point in the game.
And I do love a long, but challenging, level. There's an adrenaline rush at the end of those lengthy stages when you're on the final stretch.
