Hi ! A few weeks ago I want to speedrun chapter 1 for the fun and after beating the level 1-10 or 1-11 (dont remember exactly) a screen appeared with the text "I am and I will always be" and a picture of Meat Ninja and a music (I think it was #57 "???" : http://dbsoundworks.bandcamp.com/album/super-meat-boy-double-cd-special-edition-soundtrack). What the hell was that ? XD P.S : Sorry for my english ! |

I experienced that one too when I beat Ch4-20... Some ninja meatboy suddenly pops up and I don't know what just I did... I said to myself, "WOOHH!!! I've just unlock meatboy with ninja suit!". When I check the character selection he's not there... KJ.. >:(

I already had 100% and all characters (including Meat Ninja) when I got this screen. |

It just randomly happens to hint the secret character, like Reptile in Mortal Kombat. I find it odd that it appears even afterwards, though.

I don't really know what are the "100%" of the game. I unlocked Meat ninja and the golden god achievement whearas I already had something like 101-102%.

same thing happen me a few weeks back, i thought it was a pirate meat boy but think it was just a glitch showing meat ninja. i unlocked meat ninja the other day but can't remember the picture. i also think there was a message with the picture, did you say that? or see one?

It pops up every now and then its just a hype thing.
You unlock Golden God as soon as you hit 106% you will still have some stuff to finish at this point for true completion.

I remember the first one I got like this was "See you at 100" or something along those lines, and it was Meat Ninja. It was unexpected, and neat, because it was just after a random level.

Minus worlds count for extra percents. I don't think Minus Worlds and Bosses count because they neither give level completion. The extra percent tailing past 100-106% appears to be the True 100%* which is about 100.86%-100.99^% for each World I had 3 Levels Unfinished in Cotten Alley when I obtained 106% and a couple unfinished Minus Worlds so its best to assume that its about .95^% extra per world. *Note that a World gets to 100% before you complete all the A+ Ranks Besides World 6. |

I really don't like this. Whenever it pops up it freaks the hell out of me and ruins whatever I've been attempting. I wish there was a way to turn it off or something
Just a note: the screen once popped up in the Cotton Alley dark world map as well.
