Go around counter-clockwise to get the key on top just like you did in the light world version. But instead of dropping all the way down the shaft with the other key, slide far enough down to grab it and then quickly wall jump up and out to grab the key before it falls all the way through the floor. Continue going clockwise for the rest of the keys.

I found Meat Boy to be pretty bad at this level (sorry Meat Boy)  A good character to use is Ogmo. The Kid's even better but he is (a bit) harder to get If at first you don't succeed: die die again.

Don't keep trying the same thing over and over, use different angles, time things differently - there is always a way. Good Luck!

Edit: Crap, with all of the text formatting I used in my sig I can't fit your quote in Anyway, if you're having problems with the level, try using different characters. Some of them can be very useful if you use them the right way. |

I agree that this is a bit difficult level but like others said: practice and dying are part of the game.
I beat the level as meat boy even thought floaty double jumping character like Ogmo could come in handy considering the wast amount of disappearing blocks.

I got it with meat boy like this: go around clockwise to get the first key, wall jump over and over the eye and slide down to get the second key. Continue clockwise to get the dropping key - if you time your jump right, you can catch it in the air, land on the wall, and wall jump over the eye again. From there, I switched direction and went counterclockwise to get the last key, ran under the laser and up the area behind the laser.
