Yes, I'm doing that anyway, but I want to know... actually, good point. I wasn't planning on changing much of anything based on the responses, I just wanted to know how people were feeling. And you did (technically) answer the question, so I'm going to post the next part now.

Dr. Fetus was falling through the air. He looked around at the world, and found it dark and desolate. He could see the shadowy haze of what appeared to be a city on the far edge of the horizon, decimated and ruined. The bomb had done its job. The world had just experienced the Rapture, and would undoubtedly be filled with zombies, decayed buildings, and mutated monsters by now. Perfect.
He could see his robot self sprinting toward the ruined city in the distance, and unconscious Bandage Girl in his arms. Meat Boy would still be around, of course, but this place would be torture for him. Dr. Fetus would make sure of that.
As he plunged towards Ground Zero, Dr. Fetus snapped open his newly repaired wings, and flew in slow circles towards the ground. He landed carefully, grinning at the widespread destruction he had caused. He saw what looked like mutated Meat Boy corpses running towards the city.
“Zombies,” he thought with a smile.
He heard a rustling beside him. Looking over, he saw a Meat Boy corpse picking itself up off the ground, one with hideous, evil, orange eyes, and a jagged maw full of range. It was the Governing Horn!
“Governing Horn, you survived defeat by Meat Boy! Congratulations. Now, come on, I’m sure there is much to do here.”
The Governing Horn looked at him. “Now, now, little pest. Don’t be so hasty.”
“Who are you to tell me what to do?” But the Governing Horn’s words were worming around in Dr. Fetus’s mind. Little pest...
“You should treat me with more respect, Fetus. After all, I am your father.”
Dr. Fetus stared at the Governing Horn. But there was something in the eyes, that malevolent, half-mad glow...
Dr. Fetus gaped. The Governing Horn was John Salt. The Governing Horn was the Demon Lord. The Governing Horn was his father.
“Yeahbuwaaaaa?” he said. It was the only thing he could think of.
The Governing Horn laughed, and lunged at Dr. Fetus, striking him square in the chest. But when the Governing Horn reached him, there was nothing but a blank corpse. The laugh continued, but to the side, and suddenly another corpse struck Dr. Fetus from that direction. His father’s spirit, resilient as ever, was hopping from body to body, attacking, and leaving before the body ever even struck.
“That’s how you survived,” Dr. Fetus realized. “When Meat Boy beat Little Horn, you just pulled back into another body.”
“Very good, son,” John said, before leaping to another corpse. “You’re actually putting this together.”
“But... why? Why help?” Dr. Fetus asked, jumping out of the way of a corpse. His mind was reeling.
“Simple. I didn’t trust Mr. Diablo down there to keep his side of the deal if I gave him another mortal, even one he wanted as much as you. So I hatched another plan: to use you to blow up Hell. That way, there’d actually be a way out, and I could rejoin the mortal world in one way or another.”
The Demon Lord jumped to another body, just as Dr. Fetus slammed his hands down on the body his father had just been in.
Another body stood up, tall and humanoid, flesh half off and rotting, hands clawed, hair silver, thin, and wispy. He picked up a chunk of metal off the ground, and set it on his head.
“This body suits me,” he growled. “You will now refer to me as the Zombie King. I am lord of all the undead. And my first act as king... will be to kill you. Zombies! Destroy him!”
Corpses rose, reanimated under the Zombie King’s rule. They lunged for Dr. Fetus, who narrowly danced out of the way.
“I have got to get a weapon,” he groaned, and began running. The Zombie King walked slowly after him, his army running ahead.
“Seekers!” he called. “Take him down!”
Dr. Fetus heard a buzzing sound, and three bloated, meat like things rose up out of the ground, flying into the sky. They were red, with little fly wings, and gaping mouths full of sharp teeth. Like Maws crossed with zombies. They flew after Dr Fetus, roaring angrily.
With a burst of speed, Dr. Fetus took to the sky, going faster and faster, winging his way towards the city.
“You won’t escape me, son!” the Zombie King called. “I’m not finished with you!”
But Dr. Fetus kept flying, despite the bloated Seekers coming after him through the sky, and the decaying zombies running down below. His wings flapped harder, taking him to the distant, ruined city. The Rapture, it seemed, would be a very busy place for him indeed.
There you go, the end of Hell. And a plot twist. Dr. Fetus just can't catch a break, can he? Also, a

is now given to Devon Wargod for giving me the name Seekers. Thank you!
