About half of steam achievements are "beat that world without dying". Gee it's meat boy, dying is almost part of the gameplay :p. I did the Ch1 without dying, but seriously, Impossible boy is a challenge I'll never try.

Same here. I have hopes for the Hospital too, but not even gonna try the others. |

Actually Zombie Boy (Rapture DW) and Maggot Boy (Rapture LW) can be considered harder due to a fair bit of the levels are designed be a bit Luck Based compared to Cotton Alley's Skill Based level design.

To not die once on Dark World Cotton Alley will require a fair bit of luck unless you took a fair bit amount of time between each level to gain back your senses. Just how some of the levels are designed/tweaked from their light counterparts are enough to say that. It's not only the difficulty that comes into play, but the nerves as well.
