DS =/= 3DS.  I'm not sure its could happen though, some of the stages are pretty zoomed out and since the 3DS is a handheld it will probably be hard to see such stages.

jintek you're fuckin annoying and i hate you

now get rid of this thread because there's never going to be a wii version and it's pointless keeping it open

NOBODY can change their minds now. so stop trying. going "BOO HOO I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT" won't change shit.

I could imagine Speck being an interesting level to play on the 3DS

Which is the expert remix of 6-2?  Because that would be interesting (my apologies if that's Speck)

Yep, that's Speck alright. You'd probably be about 1 to 4 pixels big

Why would you want a WII version when the PC version is obviously so much more glorious?

And a DS version? Seriously?

They want a Wii version because not everyone is a PC gamer.  I don't really like gaming on the PC and only do it when absolutely necessary.  There isn't a single game that I play and think "wow, this would work so much better as a PC game".  A lot of people are the same way, and don't have 360s.

As for the possible DS version, its not for DS its for the new Nintendo handheld which is totally different, and yes it could work.  If released on a handheld it would give that version an immediate upper hand over the PC version in the ways of portability.  Yes, I know that you can play on a laptop (that's what I do) but some people just like the feel of a handheld gaming system over the big clumsy laptop.  I know I sure as hell would buy Super Meat Boy on the 3DS if they made it and the character roster was decent.

The wii thing was sarcasm, I honestly can't see Super Meat Boy working on a Handheld unless every level is zoomed out insanely.

Zoomed out or in?  Because there's no reason to zoom the levels further out, that will just make it harder to see

Yeah, lol wut? Why would you need to zoom in or out at all?

Anyway, a 3DS version of SMB could be cool, but I'd kind of be more interested to see a new project from Team Meat on the platform.

Good, because according to team meat's twitter they're getting a bit bored of working with the same game for so long (an issue that 2D boy does not have apparently  .)

Alien Hominid is in the boxed version though.  I'm curious as to how that will work...

Zoomed out of course. If it wasn't, sure you'd be able to see things detailed, but you'd also have no idea what comes next... with big screens that's never a problem.

I don't think zooming out would be a great idea.  Regular zoom should work fine.  The screen is smaller but your head is closer to it.  No point arguing it though since it probably won't happen.
