I was making a mr.minecraft level that exploits a glitch. I need to put a small sawblade inside each block as for no cheating. This was going fine until I hit about 150 total saws in the level, when it wouldn't let me place any more.
Does anyone know a work-around to this without me just making the blades bigger to block off more area? using the glitch tiles.

The fact that you managed to use 150 saws at all is nuts

I'm guessing that limit is in there for a reason, so I'd rather unfortuately have to suggest just making the saws bigger. Then again, are you sure you couldn't just use lava/needles to block off the area you need since you're just trying to stop them from digging?

What are you trying to do? Combine all the levels in the cotton alley

but there is no lava or nedles in the glitch tileste. I could re-make it in hell but the saws provide a nicer asthetic and are more effective.

Insanely fast waypoint saws will cut down your sawblade usage tremendously.

I've had to implement something similar for my Naija chapter to make it impossible to glitch through the walls.  Hidden behind walls but without being overkill or causing excessive lag for users who already lag with her.

But what if I make them move so fast that with the 60 herts refresh rate thing they can go through meat boy?

But Mr. Minecraft can only move and tunnel so fast, so you just need to make sure that it 'touches' every block in a span of time too short to cross any block in particular.

no, if he can even get through or into a 1-block wall for like half a second you can cheat.
I've been trying to do the level again in the end tileset and I think blood would be the best thing to use, but it is so inconsistent, like sometimes it kills me from half a block away and sometimes I can go through it. any suggestions?

I've experienced no problems whatsoever with this method regardless of the frame-rate.  60 frames a second is more than enough to cause an insanely fast moving saw to clip through a moving target (even one as fast as Naija).  I wasn't suggesting making one saw have a million waypoints in a second all over the background of the map, merely using one to cover a span of wall instead of 10 or 20.  you figure your average level has about a dozen single lines of inert block, that's 12 saws rather than hitting the 150 cap and still needing more.  Just set a single way point and don't bother looping it back around, with a time limit that makes it impossible to pass anywhere in its path.

well I finished the level, I ended up using the salt factory set and used that.
here it is/will be (if this works, no idea how to upload files)
play as steve and you can checkpoint yourself at each computer screen (to make it more possible)
I know my graphic skills arn't the greatest, but I don't care.
I also don't even know if the part with up/down moving saws and the bandage there is even possible, but I tested everything else.
tell me if there are any bugs.

this may not work

okay, unless different tilesets have different caps, my estimation by memory skills suck. I counted 400 saws I could place (8 rows across a standard map) in the forest. mabe something elsew I made in that level was affecting it, but I was still WAY off with the guess of 150.
