There's zero difference between the two besides some of the unlockable characters. I personally prefer the PC version but the Xbox version is equally awesome.
Edit: Doigh, I forgot about the level editor coming out for the PC version. Well, the Xbox currently has the advantage of having "Teh Internets", but the PC version will be getting its own equivalent Internets chapter alongside the editor soon. Once that update hits the PC version will win hands down.

I'd personally recommend this on steam, due to the editor to soon be released and all of the possibilities that the editor will create in the future for re-playability.

That's a huge difference. The level editor is another. I prefer Xbox, because the timer is consistent, it has Spelunky, and you can tell which times on the leaderboard are bull crap, whereas you have to guess on PC. Then again, PC has level editor. And NAIJA. |

I'm kinda hoping Naija is going to get taken out of, or at least nerfed, for the Mac release. From what I've heard and seen, she's pretty game-breaking. |

That's only if you're lagging. If you're running your game on the right quality for your PC it won't happen. Anyone can go through walls but its mostly prevalent with Naija and Runman since they can go so fast. |
