I just went and got a couple of bandages, one of which was Millenium. Second time completing that level, quite surprised it's regarded amongst the hardest on this poll.
Exact same here! I haven't actually beaten Milennium just yet, but I can say that getting its Bandage was pretty easy. All you have to do is guide a missile to the barrier, which isn't hard at all if you're using the Kid.

Most of the voters are probably using meat boy for the millenium. For instance, I didn't have the kid when I beat that level so meat boy seemed like the best choice.
Millenium took me around 15minutes to beat it with the bandage and I was using Meat Boy. Nowadays I use Naija for the level and it's relatively easy, but then again I don't have to get the bandage anymore and Naija is my favorite character overall.

I don't recall struggling much with Millennium either a few months back after hearing a lot about "how terrible" it supposedly was. Even with the bandage, it's really just another missile-manipulation stage, and those I just don't find that bad... you've just got to remember, YOU control where the homing missiles will end up, when it comes right down to it. Pretty sure I used Runman for Millennium, his super dash is handy for giving the missiles even less of a chance to hit you. I think my vote in this would probably be Billy Boy (without Viridian), man I hated that level, and I noticed it has an expert remix level coming... excellent !

I'm going with the Kid 2, damn that third shaft Patience really grinds my gears too. Bleach is a hard one also. Millenium was kinda hard at first but now it is easy for me. I can pass The Kid 1 in under 5 minutes almost every time so no. XOXO is hard at first but it gets easier with the right approach. The Skyscraper warp zone is really hard only because of the 3 lives, otherwise it would be pretty inoffensive IMO.

Billy boy! to get the band-aid in it without Viridian, I had like 60 somthing bandages and i really wanted to get 100% in hell before moving on to Rapture! It took me somthing like a week with an hour every day ( maybe less )

I'm sorry, but Millenium is nearly impossible for me. I've gotten the Kid and I now have four no-death runs, but this level kicks my ass repeatedly. I guess we all find different obstacles difficult. I'd agree with some of these other guys that getting the bandage on Billy Boy was personally much harder than Millenium. Infact Billy Boy was possibly the level I spent most time on, outside of Kid/Dark Dr Fetus/Cotton Alley. Might have only been so tough because I used Meat Boy for all my first runs and most of the bandages.

I originally voted Kid1 as the hardest stage, but that was when I thought that level was actually hard, and more than a couple of precision jumps. I can beat that level in less than 5 minutes now. Billy Boy's bandage wasn't hard either, just a jump into the saw alcove to get the bandage, then to fall back out. I personally find Sag Chamber's bandage a lot harder. My really really real vote, however ('cause I can't change it) would be No Quarter (6-5X). Dear lord, that level has some of the trickiest things to pull of in the entire game, and it gets really annoying if you're attempting Dr. Fetus Boy, because you have to play it again everytime you die. Haven't beaten XOXO yet, so I can't compare.

Hardest level in the entire game for me was 7-1x. I only beat that level after beating every other level in the whole game.
Most annoying level was 5-3x. I really hated those gravity orbs.

I just beat XOXO, for me it's not in the same league as Kid1. The first two thirds of the level can be easily completed over and over, and I never got that with Kid1. The last jumps are fucking annoying, but failing them never really scarred my soul like beefing it on the last jump of Kid1.
Skyscraper is creeping up my list. It's not hard per se, I just fuck up on it all the time.

When I beat the game for the first time, I probably would have said Patience. Now I think it's one of the easier levels. It has a very consistent pattern, and it's not hard at all once you learn it. My vote goes to 7-9X Salt Shaker. Like a billion tries later, I can still only beat it like 70% of the time. I just suck at vertical conveyor belts I guess.

Kid level 1 is 'easy' if you don't run Kid level 2 is frustratng but I can beat, but with keyboard (me) level 3 the kid is the hardest. (of the kid warpzone)
Millenium (5-17X) is very easy, but the bandage will took me an hour I think. I think hardest in the game is Skyscraper Patience is very frustrating too, but much easier then Skyscraper.
