I have completed the 310 levels of the main game and the 100 levels of Teh Internet, on XBLA. I've so completed every level except all the 6 glitch levels (i will later).
So i won't take those 6 glicth levels into consideration here.
To my opinion the hardest level to pass is The Kid #3 (it took me hours, where as i had a reasonable time for the 2 first).
And the hardest level to speedrun in order to get a super score is 6-4x (Maze of Ith). To get 21-23 seconds in that level is the hardest mission for me.
Ping (level from Expert Remix) is close though.

Ping definitely took the cake for hardest level after I got to play expert remix. I also hated one other expert remix with a passion, it was black and white, lots of throwing saw blades.
Also, did anyone else notice BURRITO BOY is still not fixed? unbeatable on PC version.

Oh, really about Burrito Boy ? you should ask Kaede about that. I watched his video : he beats the level with a super chrono.
I'll check for Black & White, i don't remember what level it is...
I'd be curious to know your time on Ping ! :)

Probably Kid-1 or Kid 3 for me. But Ping, Puberty, Drop Dead, and Gozer was just infuriating missing that wall jump 100 times in a row.
Going Up in Cotton Alley along with Salt Shaker pissed me off too, namely because I despise the fan and conveyor physics in this game.

I think you mean Doppleganger, I spent 4 hours on that level to get my time of 25 seconds :/ |

All the ones in the poll are really easy. Well, maybe except Kid-1 and XOXO. But the absolutely HARDEST levels in the game would have to be, in order from easiest to hardest:
3 ~ 4-20X: Imperial
2 ~ 7-20: 4 Letter Word
1 ~ -5
-5 is just SO hard. I can't beat it.

You think XOXO is easy but not 4-20X? That's one of the easier Hell DW levels IMO.

I played XOXO yesterday and also saw a video on youtube, then I realized why it's so hard for me.
When I play this level, the blocks at the end disappear too slow, I get trapped very often because of this, in the videos, I saw on youtube, there was much more time for the player to do these jumps.

Some obstacles are fps related i suppose. So if you run recording program which records 30 fps it screws gameplay up :P (i mean, sometimes it can, when I was recording xoxo it worked normally) |

Well this is no longer valid, but the level that game me the most trouble was Boris in hell. Light world. It's easy now, but when I was first stuck on it, it defined hell. Now the hardest level for me is some other level in the dark world.

i just cant do the 1st level of the crash look (1st level in forest - yellow square) dont know what ot is but i just cant do it! . .comepleted most of dark world and the game . . .but this level . . jesus!
