Download this: http://www.mediafire.com/?jfb5mvqzazuzej4

Extract it so that the folders sit inside your Super Meat Boy folder (Program Files > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Super Meat Boy). Now you can change the tileset and the dimensions of the level!

Put your cursor over the place you want Meat Boy to spawn and press B.
