In honour of my playthrough of the game, where I managed to beat 1-3 without knowing run existed then continued until some time through chapter 3 before noticing it existed, I'd like to pose the question: What levels become notably hard to beat or A+ without run? How many levels absolutely cannot be beaten/A+'d without it?
Here's one level you can try to A+, for starters: Kick Machine in the forest and its light world equivalent (forget the name)

I wasn't aware there was a run button aswell at the start of the game. I accually beat the whole forest light world with boss, without using the run button.

I've done the forest without running, but how did you make it past 2-1?

I've done the forest without running, but how did you make it past 2-1? I've never made it past 2-1. That's the point where I found out there was a run button, that was surprisingly far away from the space button :P

If I'm not mistaken in my Ambien/Xanax haze it becomes impossible to beat levels without sprinting by 2-6...I think. I know I passed a few levels in Chap 2 without sprinting.

Unlock Runman, you'll never need the run button unless you want to sprint
