Steam says that 0.1% of all Steam users have Maggot Boy, Impossible Boy, Zombie Boy, Demon Boy, and Missile Boy. I'm not sure if that means no one or if that means one or two people.

Yes, their is someone on the Steam forum that has all the meat boy achievements. I think he was the only one at the time who had impossible boy. Things might have changed by now.

You mean, in legit way? I honestly don't know how many people made it, but I tried to run through light cotton alley wo deaths and I must admin that this is freakin hard :P

If I'm not mistaken, awhile back a steam user posted videos of all of the dark world deathless runs he did and had the achievements to back it up on his profile.
