See if your country has paysafecards, I use them to buy games from Steam. http://www.paysafecard.com/

Unfortunately, No.
I wish it would though, People solely with Ps3 deserve to play it - same goes for the Wii people.

Sony's fault though. They apparently were offered it, but turned their noses up, then came crawling back once the game started building hype, but by that point MS had locked in exclusivity.
A lot of people slam exclusivity deals as the developer profiting at the expense of fans, but in the case of first-time devs and smaller, XBL based games (Limbo included here) it's often a non-negotiable clause that if not signed, would stop MS from wanting it in the first place.

This is the reason that closed-platform consoles will never be great. When the big companies squabble over licensing and try to maintain a monopoly over their own hardware, they only end up shutting the doors on the smaller companies, and in turn - the end user. It's the same reason that Team Meat hates the Apple App Store, and why there will never be a Meat Boy on iOS. I think that's probably a good thing.

You could also argue though that such competition is healthy. Although MS demanded exclusivity, I don't doubt Team Meat have not benefitted from it - to such a degree that they can afford to take time to create free content. Sony then gets spurred to find their own killer indie game to push the PS3, and the cycle continues. It's a complex situation, but neither is ideal. Essentially there is an open platform to release games on anyway - the PC - and very few do, so there must be a reason. Piracy is probably the main one, which is as good an argument as any for wanting an iron grip on your hardware.

Meh, smaller companies can thrive on the App Store, I don't see the correlation.

I agree that competition is a good thing, but proprietary exclusivity is not. Intel and AMD are huge competitors in the PC hardware world (which keeps up quality and level of customer service), but no matter which one you pick, you aren't limited to any particular operating system or library of software. I would also agree that piracy is the downfall of the PC right now (even if only in the eye's of the average developer), but I don't think that an open platform alone is the cause. Piracy is possible on any platform, it's simply more accessible on a PC because the platform is capable of much more than just gaming. If only they could find a balance. A hardware-proprietary platform free of the software monopoly and licensing restrictions or modern consoles. Oh god.... I just described a Mac Edit: Meh, smaller companies can thrive on the App Store, I don't see the correlation.
No, it's not quite the same thing, but Apple have been real tight-asses as of late removing apps that they don't like simply because they can. It's not an open platform if they can bring down the ban hammer whenever they choose.

It's not an open platform if they can bring down the ban hammer whenever they choose. Sure, but it's the same for XBLA or Steam right? Maybe not as banhammer happy, but then the volume of software available on each is substantially less, so the games just don't get approved in the first place; whereas on the App Store, things can slip thru the net and have to be removed later. Or they're removed later for other reasons, like the Sony e-reader app I'm not saying SMB should be on the iOS by any means, just find the general dislike towards the iOS on the forums a little strange.
