I would suspect they'd aim to release them at the same though. If anything, the Xbox version is what's holding everything up.

All the "DLC" for the xbox is is the 2 level sets.  And they said that the PC version will also get said levels when Super Meat World launches.  In other words the levels and the level portal are on separate calendars
