We do not even know if the portal will have the stage author attached to it. For all we know, it's anonymous.

It would be neat if it allowed author comments such as a brief description of a chapter or level since the current game has a very small amount of allowable space for level names.

Actually, even more interesting than uploading someone's work - using devmode I could edit a level that came from the game and then upload that!

In before fan made expert remix chapters?

Yeah, i'm totally positive this will happen. As long as we have access to the dev mode, keeping backups of the official levels is a necessity. At least for the ones that want to edit/remix them in any way.
