How do you play chapters? and What are your game biases?

Do you finish chapters untill 100% or just go though the levels?
And what do you do often while completing levels?

I didn't start the second chapter,until i got my last bandage from a warp zone(with around 1k deaths)
And since my run button is like Y and jump button is A,i always hold Y.

I did kinda what you did, the first three worlds I did 100% then I got tired of dying time after time after time after time getting bandages in world 4 dark worlds and just completed every level. Still have a few to complete in fifth worlds dark world and a few in cotton valley.

Think I have 100% light world except one annoying level in cotten valley.

My problem when playing this game is that I don't have any patience, I always to to go as fast as possible and almost never stands still, just keep on trying to get the timings right so I never have to stop which takes time in longer levels ^^

I did each world 100% then moved on. I may feel like leaving chapter 3 on a playthrough though as the bandage in 3-19X is pure evil!

I do the easiest level avalible to me first. skyscraper will probably be the last thing I beat.
