Well, since it's quite some work, I would say for about 50€ + shipping, sure.
But there's one problem. Team Meat has the rights for the images, so I'm not allowed to make money out of them. (Feel free to correct my, if I'm wrong)

@Chris: It took approx. 7 hours, but with a lot of breaks and letting the paint dry. So I'm not quite sure, but it sure was a lot of work and precision involved (precision being the main reason why my girlfriend helped me out... a lot... basically I wanted to do it, and she did it for me)

I also wanted to do another one, but I just couldn't find a good image to do it in the same style. Any suggestions?

Brownie? Or even Bandage girl? Or are you looking for a better source image?
