As you know people have the little meat boys as the iron run version, how can i do this for myeslf ?

Enclose the url of the image within image tags, you require both a img and an /img tag, one on both ends (enclosed within square brackets []).

Right click on the pic, copy link, paste it between [img.] and [/img.] without the periods.
And it's going to work.
