I agree, but for example in 7-20... Where is the limit? What times are legal? I'm ranked in 70s, but there are times under 30 secs than seems impossible due the shape of the level, that forces you to go through the corridors, and even without razors it would take you more than 30 secs (is an example, dont know exactly).

And there are SMB times submitted in this level, wich is impossible...

Meat Boy times are a glitch that happens when you either A) submit too many times too quickly or B) completing the level again if steam was down earlier or you were offline.  The game will auto-submit your save files best time each time you touch Bandage Girl.  However, the save does not store character data, so it defaults to Meat Boy.  For option A up there, steam will stop taking times if you submit too many too fast.  So when it finally does allow you to submit again, it will take from the save unless you improve.

As for those 30s times, there are a lot of cheaters who will work around that 0.00 nonsense just in case they get cleared.  Also, some cheaters attempt to eyeball the leaderboards to put in what they think is a respectable time and it gets out of control when several of them do it.  IE: fastest legit time is 7 seconds.  cheater 1 decides to put in his at 6.9.  cheater 2 thinks 6.9 is the fastest legit time and puts in 6.8 and this exponentially grows to ludicrous times.  blatantly obvious because you see the same users all with Meat Boy clears on every level way above all the players you know are super pro and don't cheat, not to mention breaking theoretical boundaries you and other super pro players have slammed into on certain levels.

Like I said earlier, once you're on that level of play, you will be able to separate the sweet times from the fake times just by being super familiar with the level and its limitations.  Several of us are rocking 150+ hours of grinding the same levels over and over such as me, tunnelingeffect, emmawatsonsbf, alwayssleepyguy and several others.  If you want theoretical limits, look for our names.  We are typically grouped up (occasionally one of us falters by a few seconds and isn't near the others... we can't all be perfect on every level).  This isn't to say that others aren't competing with us if anyone feels left out.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I love friend requests.  By all means go for it.  I need to refine my chapter 6 times a bit, but most of the rest should be within milliseconds of the others listed above.
