Here it is, the epic Level known only as MEATBOY ADVANCED.

Each 'trial' is passable, however, the combination of all of them in one level makes it extremely hard.

I've beaten the level after only 20 deaths, it's really not THAT hard. Maybe you should play levels made by RockLeeSmile or cousinoer5 if you want to know what would the definition of impossible levels. 

With that said, I actually found the level pretty fun. It's hard, but the good kind of hard for me. The level's kinda dull looking though, I'm not fond of the brownish palette it uses. Also, in your long collapsing bridge near the end of the stage, there were some background tiles that weren't inserted so there's white spots instead of other tiles, you might want to fix that.

I'm thinking of making a chapter that combines difficulty with the retro themes (GB, 4BIT, Retro1, etc).

I take it you generally like the test level?

Don't scale things up that much aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

And use the F2 menu to set a different background colour

I didn't find the picture very intimidating. I found this level hard, but not Dark Cotton Alley hard. The part that was really hard was the bottom.  I was able to do the whole level consistently pretty early but got stuck down there for awhile. Fun level.

That's what I was thinking too. The level itself isn't super hard like earlier chapters. It's just very long so their is plenty of room to make a dumb mistakes. Then you've got a long run back to where you just were.
