Alright, as I've said earlier, I only have a Mac, so this is all just a concept, but I think it should work, and I didn't want to forget it. Zombie Rode is just the working title for the chapter, if you can come up with something better, please tell!
This will have 11 levels. The main concept is you are stuck on a moving platform with one of the zombie Meat Boy's from The Rapture. (Or two...or 6...or 10! ) There is no way off the platform...and no way to kill the zombie(s)! The rides get progressively longer, with more zombies each time. It should get pretty tough by the end.

I want to post the level names here, with a little description.

Level 1: One-on-One (Short ride straight down, one zombie)
Level 2: Dual Duel, or Twin Terrors, please help me decide. (A little longer ride, two zombies)
Level 3: Bronze Meatalist (A bit longer, and in a circle, with three zombies.)
Level 4: Two Twins (Down, then to the left, and then down some more. Four zombies!)
Level 5: The Pentagon (In a big pentagon shape, with five zombies!)
Level 6: Demon's Digit (Very long, straight down. Six zombies!  )
Level 7: Lucky League (Same length as the last one, but down, then back up, but faster on the up. Seven zombies!!!  )
Level 8: Angry Octopus (Moves in many squiggly shapes, eight zombies! )
Level 9: Kitty-Kat (Straight down, nine zombies!  )
Level 10: Nemesis (Straight down, very long, and a whopping ten zombies! )
Level 11: Flight of the BumbleBeef (This one is completely different. You are stuck on a set of moving gravity orbs, dodging bullets, missiles and carnivore flying things! Can you survive?  )

That's all. What do you think?

Nope, there will be walls in the way. Think of it like a box, with you on the inside.

Usually vertical, sometimes horizontal, at which point there will be moving platform walls in the way. (Like the platforms in Vertigo)

Your only other alternative is to  make the level super ugly and have a vertical wall made out of slopes

Maybe I'll make the walls and ceiling out of gravity orbs to stop that. Would that work?

Maybe. If you got the push factor perfectly, but there's still the risk that the zombies could fall off since they aren't affected by it.  If Meat Boy can't go over the ledge then neither can the zombies though.  You'll need to experiment.
