Ive seen a few people with avatars, but for me Uploads are disabled and the external avatar function is completly missing. Some intel?

It's possible it's a restriction put on lifespan of the account (if it's too new) or number of posts (but I have seen people with 1 posts with customer avatars, so it's likely not that).

I changed my avatar right after registering and just before posting so it must have been a bug with the forums I guess. :-\

For the upload one, there is maybe a weight restriction.

That obviously is a default avatar, but as I said, the "Ill upload my own avatar" option just says "Uploads currently disabled" for me.
