I swear on release I saw an achievement for A+'ing every level. I don't see that achievement anymore. And it's not a "hidden" achievement, either, as it's not on Global stats or here:

Girl Boy () is a hidden achievement. (no idea why this is the case)
Congratulations you have OCD! () was supposed to be the achievement for getting A+ for every single level.

Probably because by the time you A+ every single level, you've almost (if not already) have gotten the Golden God achievement.

Because it was bugged, and Team Meat couldn't fix it without breaking other things.
