It counts the Time it just doesn't show it there check your leaderboard time then try completing a Warp you had to spend extra time on for Bandages or for safety reasons.
If you improve your time Bandage Girl at the end will be doing the regular save in the bottom left corner as usual and if you check the leaderboards you will have a better time.

I have the Xbox version, how do you check points? I'm ranked 144 last I checked on the Xbox version...
