Tunnelingeffect, gj :). Sadly I did that level yesterday and got 6.75 with Naija and I could probably sub 6.2-6.3 if I get the last dash but it's so much effort being put into one run imo :S. But I'll see what I can do.
Also it sadly bugged for me also so now I got like 0,4 on that :S, though I will still use the clip in my compilation vid that's upcoming soonish.
If anyone dare challenge I also got 3.33 with Naija on 5-13. This is very beatable as I've been 1 pixel away (from hitting BG) from a sub 3 time :(.

Go ahead and try to get 6.2-6.3 but I honestly doubt naija is even capable of 6.50 on this level, I'd love to be proved wrong though, if anyone can achieve this it is you This is part of the reason I never completely re-did a lot of my hell times, there are too many places where you can glitch through a fucking wall. Hell is easily the most glitchy world. On the subject of annoying speed runs 5-13 takes the cake no matter what character you use  |

Well once I release my compilation vid you'll know it's defo possible to get sub 6.5 =p.
Also I actually love doing 5-13 it's just getting the last dash perfect that's the pain for Naija :p.

ladies and gentlemen I present you:  thank you, thank you. Please, no pictures. I'll be here all week. Who is the legit #1 for this map? I may have dethroned another meat boy level. If I only have to be .3 , I did 6.83 my first try completely winging it. I think I had the top legit time on this level, that 6.80 is real and was done with meat boy as shown. I was aware that this level is easily glitched, so I purposely avoided using runman or naija. Guess I'm lucky I didn't glitch on the light world version. :x The level can still be done a fair bit faster using meat boy, I'll get around to it.. eventually. 5-13 can be done insanely fast, but the route is ridiculous to do correctly. Now I have a reason to go back and try again. :p I'm really glad to be seeing all of this active competition again. |

Looking forward to your compilation takuji I've wanted to do a Runman specific compilation ever since I started getting ridiculous records with him on ridiculous levels. Not exactly WR's but levels you'd never think fast with him. Entertaining stuff. Maybe one day, like when I can afford a new laptop. I might try and re-do my 2-15x or was it 2-16x , one of them is incredibly tricky to speed run properly. I think I settled with 15 something and 73L got 14 something. I never did see if I could do better though... Now is as good a time as any. Edit: It is 2-15x "Insurance" takuji 11 something 73l 13 something me: 13 something you suck takuji  no way runman can get 11 on this one, maybe 12 if i was perfect |

@Jintek I'm sorry but I forgot to tell yesterday, I've beaten my own record in 3-20 again. I think 11.80 will be very hard to beat  At first I didn't think it's possible to improve my older run that much. But this should be really close to the maximum. (I'll see if Exo or you will be able to do better  ) Maybe I'll upload the replay in a certain time. @Takuji I'm looking forward to the compilation too! @73L You're the only one who can compete with Takuji, hope to see you speedrunning again in some time  |

I'm currently trying to beat 1-8x with my strat (using naija), but it's hard as hell. If somebody wants to try: make a little jump, dash under the first wall and if you don't touch the ceiling you can pass the saw without jumping, then fall und dash under the second wall at the right and directly hit bandage girl. I nearly did it once  It could be a little bit faster than the runman strat. |

12 is good, I could probably beat my Naija score for now
I've envisioned this level for a long time but I have never managed to do it in an actual run, I can do segments of it ala devmode but doing the whole thing requires this ridiculous luck.
You can run ahead at the start, get to the pillar in the middle and jump through the saws, then you have to jump through them again to get over to the key, and slide down a little piece of wall to jump back over to the middle segment with the hallways(have to slide down a little to avoid the saw wall coming at you , no other way to do it). Like I said, ridiculous, but possible.

Wow. I think I went through the saws once by accident, then I tried to repeat it for a while, failed every time and concluded it probably isn't possible. That 12s is with the regular strat of letting the saws pass before entering the middle section.
The main thing that costs me time is that I grab the key by sticking to the wall, jumping to the key, jumping back to the wall, then going back, which is the easiest way. You could save a little time by landing on the key and even more by grabbing the key while still sticking to the wall, but the latter is really precise, and the dash will cut off in the middle of the jump back. I'm not sure how Runman works exactly but I believe it would be possible to dash again there and make the jump? Also you could probably cut a little slack in climbing the tower on the way back, I doubt I'm playing that optimally.
