Actually, I just played the first few levels of the factory again (just to get A+ times), and I noticed that Viridian DOES have jump on ceilings. Can't believe I forgot my favorite activity with him: going on the ceiling and jumping so that he's upside down when he touches Bandage girl.  He has jump on ceilings. The problem is he can't short hop on ceilings. |

He's way too powerful with jump. What kinda glitch ADDS stuff to a character? Joking, on most levels where Viridian is useful, there's no reason for him to jump, well at least the ones I've played with him so far. |

You don't see people complaining about The Kid's lack of gun or Naija's advanced on land movements. I don't really get why people would want a no jump Viridian. Super Meat Boy has a very high maximum velocity compared to VVVVVV so true Viridian levels will never be possible.
Not remaking levels of VVVVVV, but creating levels like VVVVVV. |

Not remaking levels of VVVVVV, but creating levels like VVVVVV. Yeah, but my point is still valid. The levels can still be like VVVVVV with jumping, but different because it's not VVVVVV. The physics are too different to make the same kind of levels as in VVVVVV, but the gravity flip mechanic is enough to make inspired, and potentially even better levels than in VVVVVV |

People seem confused about what I meant, but I meant that he can't short-hop on the ceiling. I usually just call it a hop when you jump low. Whenever you jump on the ceiling, he jumps his max height every time.

No, I think they get it we just got sidetracked. I seriously sucks that you can't short hop though. It has killed me many times, and also curbs custom stage potential. |
