I use keyboard mostly because I've always use keyboard. I never had a console, so I learned to play and mouse (when I start playing, it was the time of Commander Keen, Rick Dangerous, Wolfenstein 3D, King Quest, Land of Lore, Dune 2, Flashback... etc). Later, to compensate the lack of console, I discovered Emulation... But still, always with keyboard (and believe me, Megaman with keyboard is a pain in the arshe). So now, when I got super meat boy, I gave controller a chance... But was unable to play with it.

So keyboard forever

I've always been a console gamer.  So that's just my historical bias.  I think it's just easier to get some of the weird diagonal directional influence (with quick direction changes, if necessary) on the controller.

Used keyboard the entire time, but it's a matter of personal preference tbh.

Used keyboard until I bought a controller a week ago. I think I have had easier time to play with a controller. I was always a console player until a year ago though.

This game isn't very keyboard friendly, but then again most platformers aren't.
Now if this was an PC FPS or RPG you'd probably be hurting yourself with a controller.
