Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you juxtapose, been doing meat boy only runs and dark hell is almost ready to make me cave in and just use other characters.

Use Flywrench for that level and once you figure out a strategy with him, it'll be easy (currently attempting Missile Boy myself).
Ah cool, I'm a fan of finding uses for Flywrench so I will definitely give him a try there.

I'm kinda disappointed in myself. I've only been half-heartedly working towards all-meatboy demon boy, and I think I'm losing the drive. There are just SO many annoying levels in dark hell. I think I might cave and use Veridian. Someone talk me out of it. Don't do it! I personally recommend just running through all the levels once a day (I do that since I don't really have time for much more). You'll be surprised at how much easier they get after a period of time. Though sometimes it is worth it to die a bunch to investigate an easier route. Keeping in mind, of course, that easier doesn't always mean faster.

Managed to knock off Dr. Fetus boy, annoying as I came within a level of it probably 3 times before I buckled down and took care of business. Of course it happened on another run in which I quickly practiced the levels, finishing 6-4X, then 6-5X on the first try luckily (I intended for this to be my starting point but since I nailed it on the first try it ended up being the 2nd), followed by 6-1X, 2X, and 3X in order.. I went ever so slowly on 6-3X as the nerves were killing me, probably took 3 minutes, it was ridiculous ! I'd also like to add that while 6-2X is truly not that hard of a level, it becomes infinitely more stressful when trying to do it as part of a no-death run, something about that level just did not agree with me, perhaps even more so than No Quarter. Anyone have an opinion on what the next "easiest" choice would be between Maggot Boy, Missile Boy, or Demon Boy?

Definitely Maggot Boy. Don't let the fact that it's the Rapture intimidate you. A lot of the light world levels are very tame in comparison to their dark world counterparts. It will be much easier once you get a solid strategy/route down and put the problem levels first. I honestly had more problems with Dr. Fetus Boy than Maggot Boy. Here are some tips that might help: Route: 9-10, 15-20, 1-8, 11-14.
Grinding Mill - I used Captain Viridian and found a neat little bug with the zombie AI. So of course you reverse at the start and wait for the key to drop, then move across the key shaft to the right zombie spawn. Then, if you jump to the right, the zombies will never jump into you (they'll jump, but it'll be once you're falling down). Lead them into the saw, reverse and get the key, reverse again so you're on the ceiling of the platform Bandage Girl is on, then you can do a jump to the opposite wall and 2 walljumps to victory.
Rotgut can of course be broken with Naija. For The Witness, I used Viridian again. From the first alcove you can jump through the saws easily, then the rest is just reversing between saws.
These next 3 levels use The Kid's "run off the platform and double jump" trick. On Rise, once you get up to that ledge below the first repeller, run off the ledge, then do a delayed double jump. This will let you get to the left wall easily. On 10 Horns, you can do the same trick on the last part, and on King Carrion you can reach the right wall from the start.

Yeah, I'd go with Maggot. I was doing a shit ton of practice for blood clot boy, and then went to try Hell, and was surprised by how easy it seemed. I still don't have either, but I think I'll be able to pull off both with some practice.

Congratulations! You deserve it! After trying the Cotton Alley some times... woah, it can be beaten not so hard I eas thinking. there is some randomness, but when you figure how to get it, well, 1 or 2 deaths and level done.

I'd say you were right, Maggot Boy only took one sitting and maybe 3 run-throughs after the standard re-familiaration practice runs (Dr. Fetus Boy definitely took more). I think The Flood may have actually been the hardest level for me, kinda bizarre considering how easy it is. On 10 Horns, I ended up using Naija, kind of an interesting but safe way to beat that level. Naija also proved very effective in Rise, amazing how effective she can be once you understand how to use her (and boy did I not understand her when I first got her months ago).
Looks like it's between Missile Boy and Demon Boy now.

Demon Boy is really easy with Viridian apparently.

All I got is wood boy... gonna try squirrel boy and chapter two light world (forgot the name of the achievement). I died 6 times when doing the wood boy achievement (ussaually at 17-20, so on my 4th time at dieing after getting to 20 ( ), I remebered you didn't have to do the in order, so did 15-20 first) Squirrel Boy was much harder than I thought it would be, but still not too bad. Needle Boy and Salt Boy were both pretty easy, but the 2 easiest by far are Wood Boy and Dead Boy (The End). I'll probably go for Brimstone Boy and Blood Clot Boy at some point, but that's where I'll end my Iron Boy Runs. No chance of getting dead boy any time soon... got to complete the end first

After 6+ grueling hours of failure, Missile Boy is FINALLY mine. Holy balls, that was brutal. The stages took turns kicking my ass, and even after I could do the harder levels in my sleep, I kept dying on the easier ones. So I ended up putting the easier ones first and some of the harder ones last. Kind of funny how that works out. It's a shame the actual achievement got mostly cut off in the video. I hate it when stuff like that happens. I had the exact same thing happen to me on Exploder (second to last level, after that was The Salt Man). Nothing more depressing than going back to the drawing board after dying on a level you thought would be easy.

Just started going after these a few days ago, and am happy to report I've 5 under my belt as of now, all done with Meat Boy only which is a trend I plan to continue with. Granted, they're probably the 5 easiest ones (Wood, Needle, Dead, Salt, and Squirrel), but the feeling of accomplishment that comes with hitting even easier ones is pretty awesome, and I plan to go after more. Just wondering what people here think is the next one to tackle in terms of difficulty. I've gathered things ramp up after these 5, and understandably so. I'm thinking Hell next, but I can see arguments for Dark Hospital or Dark The End. Thoughts?
And for anybody who's missing these, level order for Salt was 16-20 then 1-15 and for Squirrel I did 10-20 then 1-9. The others I basically just kept running through the stages in order until I rattled them all off in a row, though if I had to do Dead over again I'd probably do 4-5 1-3 or maybe 5 then 1-4.
