^Expect 7-19x to take you about 20-50 times to complete it first time. And let go of the run button at the top.
So I practiced a bit of Cotton Alley Dark a bit yesterday morning, and I'll do it again today. So far I need to find repeatable ways to beat Going Up and They Bite.

I think there was a way to tap right and jump in the level going up, it worked for me. In they bite you just have to always keep sure that they are following you because then they will become a batch (can you say it like that? I hope you get what I mean  ) |

I was two levels away from clearing all 20 Dark Cotton levels on 360, this is ridiculous. I figure I'll just give it a shot on PC and see what happens. But if I don't get anywhere close within 3 hours I'll probably put this is hold for a while.  About 4 straight hours give or take but I finally did it!!! I gave up completely at one point but decided it's now or never. Have no idea of the final order I switched them around so much, but Going Up/Organ Grinder/Brag Rights were always first. This one required 3x 2mg Xanax to complete, so I'm still sort of half out of it. I will never do this again, hardest achievement I've ever got by far. My feeling right now would be numbness, and my hands hurt pretty bad. Bullex is insane to do this multiple times... That is all.  |

Multiple times? I thought he was insane when he iron boy'd all 20 levels--in order!  I won't post my chart again, but I'm thinking about doing Maggot Boy next, and then Dr. Fetus Boy. Which ever one I decide to do, it's definitely going to suck. |

Even using my mechanical keyboard (Razer) I just fumble through the forest, I am terrible with a keyboard. Mad respect for that.  |

If you played for more than 50 hours it doesn't really matter anymore if you play with a keyboard or a gamepad.
You can play good with both.

I guess I'm a rare minority then, I've got a whooping 400+ hours and I can't wrap my brain around the keyboard controls (even when I tried remapping the keys). I guess it's just the rapid left and rights I can't get used too... |

I misunderstood then, sorry. For me though I initially tried to get used to the keyboard when it first released on PC, and I think I got as far as Hell. Then decided to switch to a wired 360 gamepad, and I was back to my platform skills. I don't think I would have ever gotten this good without a controller, but a lot of that is that I'm just used to playing platformers on a pad, I'm a NES era guy. That said I'm currently using the new MLG controller for SMB and it works great (got Impossible Boy using it), might beat the Saturn USB as my de-facto pad whenever the floating D-pad for it comes out. |
