I've A+'ed everything (including all 80 Internets Levels) and i'm looking at about 19,000.
About half of those are from speedrunning a few levels and going through the entire game twice more - firstly as The Kid as an experiment as i'd purely used Meat Boy on every level the first time apart from on the bandages impossible for him to get, and secondly as an update removed a level from my leaderboard completion, so I had to redo them ALL before I found the glitched one (Skyscraper warp - literally the last level I did. I even redid The Kid before it...)
