EASY FIX: Super Meat Boy: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (Runtime Error)

If the game crashes to the desktop and you receive the error: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (Runtime Error)........

1. Right Click on the game shortcut
2.Click on properties
3. open compatibility tab
4. check boxes for RUN IN 256 COLOR as well as run in 640X480 screen resolution.
